Days Before Divorce, Sean Penn Had Christmas Date With “Young, Attractive” Mystery Brunette

It’s over for Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn — but is the actor, 47, already moving on?
Four days before she filed divorce papers in Marin County, California, on December 21, he was spotted dining on Christmas with a “very young, very attractive” brunette at San Francisco’s Café de la Presse restaurant.
“He seemed nervous and on edge,” fellow diner Rob Seide told Usmagazine.com of the actor. “He didn’t seem very happy.”
Penn originally filed divorce papers in Marin County December 7, his attorney Mindy Ross told Us, but the petition was dismissed December 18.
On December 21, Robin Wright Penn, 41, filed her own request for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Penn’s divorce papers listed November 30 as the date of their separation; she listed the split date as December 1.
The couple, who have been married for over 11 years, have two kids: Dylan Francis, 16, and Hopper Jack, 14.
“It was bound to happen,” added a source of their split. “He always seemed like a bachelor at heart and the kind of guy who just couldn’t be married for long.”

When Katrina hit and he went with his shot gun to N. Orleans to shoot someone and pretend to be a hero, raging against the red cross, fema, blaming bush, cheney and not the real criminals.. Mayor nagin and the governor of the state that thought.. we can’t use buses.. we are too good for that rescue, oh hell let the worthless citizens die and let’s rebuild this stinking hole with federal funds and new people. I think that manhunt for looters, and police, any stray citizen that stared at him wrong was the only fun time he had in many years. They are a make-believe couple and that legitimaticy chaffed at his socialist roots. He is for communism, against marriage and any sort of religious rights and social rules. anyone who dates him is a fool.

HALLEY: when you are for socailism it doesn’t mean you are for communism. Hugo Chavez is a socialist, Castro is a communist. maybe some americans should start reading about the history of politics. 99 per cent of the european countries are socialists doesn that mean we as europeans are communists not! i’m sick and tired of people insinuating that if we don’t agree with george bush’s ideology, we are definetely communists! socalism is what is going to save this world. certainly not the capitalism or communism ( staline is a bad example of why communism which should have been the best social system went downhill). Everyone that is against america’s ideology is either a nazi or a communist. I applaud Sean Penn for being one of the few who isn’t afraid to tell what he thinks of the American system. I add that he deserves to stay in his native country even though he disagrees with what most of the Americans think about their government. A democratic country is a country where you have the right to agree or disagree with people without being tortured ( russia anyone?) or without being called names( america the holy country of the freedom of speech!)

how is a “christmas date” 4 days BEFORE she filed papers on Dec 21?
I’m pretty sure 21 comes before 25.

I am surpised they lasted that long — because of him, not her. I always thought she was too good for him. He’s a great talent, but have a feeling he may not be so great to live with. Good luck, Robin. You are terrific!
