US Weekly has named Britney Spears the Worst Dressed Celebrity of the year. Britney has appeared in many many questionable outfits over the years, but I have to say that this year has been the worst. I can’t think of a better deserving award for her! What do you guys think? Can you think of anyone that would deserve the award more than Britney?
