Nicole & Joel Stop for a Slice
Philanthropy is hard work- days after hosting a surprise baby shower for expectant mothers at the LA Free Clinic, Nicole Richie & Joel Madden took some time for themselves. The parents-to-be picked up a pie at the Village Pizzeria in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
I really like them- hope they do right by their baby (babies … ? Did anyone else hear the twins rumor?).

ALL pregnant celebrities have had a twin rumor. I’ve heard twin rumors about Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez as well. If it’s true, congrats to Nicole

Can I just take a moment to say that at least from an outside image perspective, I am pleasantly surprised to see Nicole & Joel behaving very “adult-like”. I know they are both technically adults and I don’t mean to presume that I know anything about what they are really like but I am pleased to see that since the pregnancy, Nicole has let go of the past and moved beyond the Paris/Britney/Lindsey-like antics. She seems to have matured quite a bit and is embracing the soon-to-be parenthood with decorum. Joel seems to be very supportive as well. Just goes to show, you can’t judge a book by it’s cover (or it’s tattoos) and a leopard can change it’s spots. Let’s hope this lasts because God knows the younger Hollywood generation has seriously been lacking in responsibility & discretion.
Seriously Nicole, let’s see the incidents with DUI/DWI’s be a learning experience that you grow from and move away from.
