Carrie Underwood has some diet tips for you.

Carrie Underwood has given some diet advice to other….Write down everything you eat!!
“I’m slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be. I write down everything I eat,” the singer tells Glamour magazine. “I started doing it last year. And in the last year is when I’ve gotten more healthy and lost weight.”What does she eat? Well, no meat. She’s been a vegetarian since age 13. “I don’t think I could kiss someone after they ate a hamburger ’cause they would probably taste like it, and that would gross me out,” she tells Glamour.
As for Carrie’s working out, she enjoys cardio work and the balance ball
On being in show business and learning all the different designers:
“I’ll go home and one of my friends will say, ‘Oh my, gosh, those shoes are so cute,’ Underwood says. “And I’ll say, ‘Oh, they’re Christian Louboutins.’ They’re like, ‘What?’ So yeah, I’ve definitely learned more names.”
Carrie will be going on tour in January and says that she will have tons of luggage and accessories. “I have a giant makeup case, more makeup than any girl should have in her lifetime.”
How does writing down what you eat help to lose weight?

It helps you lose weight because you see exactly what you’re eating and how much and if you’re eating a lot of bad things it makes you want to eat healthier and not eat so much junk.

yeah…. well, that’s an old ana trick… if you write it all down you can “obsessively” (to quote her) log how many cals are going in your body, so you know if you set a limit you won’t go over it… and that helps you lose weight bc you feel ‘in control’ etc… she just smacks of anorexia.

It also makes you accountable. If you grab a candy bar while you’re running around doing errands or on a break at work, it’s easily forgotten. If you write down every piece of food that goes in your mouth, those calories and fat grams are never lost. And some days all that we consume without thinking about it or remembering back what we ate in a day just might surprise a person.

I think that is very dangerous territory for someone already so thin.
I will admit, i’ve had anorexia for years. This is what I do. It is what my therapist is trying to help me NOT to do.
It can make you very obcessive about it, and you will just want to keep losing, and secretly want to eat less and less.
im not accusing carrie of an ED, she just has to be careful.
she is so beautiful, she doesnt need to lose any more weight.

Don’t get me wrong I love her voice and she is pretty but I really think she is to thin I liked her on Idol she looked healther Its better to be perfectly within your weight and she is like 10 pounds to thin its not healthy If she ever got sick even with the flu she would lose even more weight I am also 5′4 and I am proud to be 126 I am not skinny but normal. I wish she would eat more its so sad the society loves you for your thin body and not the real you that is a human being. Lifes to short to deprive your self of all foods God made all kind of food not just brown rice and veggies. He mad meat to make us strong I bet the carrie is not that strong in my opinion meat should be eaten once a week.

Trust me- it definitely helps! I’ve have those pesky ten more pounds to lose, and it’s a struggle when you’re working out, and not seeing results. When you write down everything that is going in your mouth, you actually have a visual of “what you THINK you’re eating”, and “what you’re ACTUALLY eating.” big difference….you should try it out, you’ll be surprised on how much more you’re eating then what you think….

ya, i too had trouble with the whole diet thing, the biggest is deciding which diet to go on, since there are so many variances. I did research and found a few good sites on health and diets: one of which is : http://www.dietingexpert.info/
