Lauren Conrad sure is looking good!!

In this month’s issue of “Shape” magazine, Lauren Conrad discusses how she got her new trim figure!
Lauren reveals that she works out twice a week with weight training, running and does some kickboxing.
Miss Conrad says about her diet, “I used to love fast food,” she admits, “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”

while they were photoshopping, you’d think they could have covered up her ribs and pelvic bones. she looks sort of weird all boney like that…
btw…i’m totally team lc. i’m not a hater.
