Britney is going to be spending the day before Thanksgiving with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to celebrate the holiday. Kevin Federline will actually be celebrating the holiday on the actual day with them.

Britney’s lawyer, Anne Kiley managed to negotiate the deal with Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan last week. The two legal representatives are also reported to be in the process of working out a deal for the Christmas holidays, according to TMZ.com.

Spears is locked in a custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, after she was stripped of physical custody of the boys last month. She is currently entitled to three court-monitored visits per week.
