Boy George is being charged with false imprisionment after apparently chaining a male escort to his bedroom wall in his London home. NO word on how long the male escort was actually chained there. The singer was charged formally on Monday with the incident that apparently happened in April of this year. Boy George was released today upon making bail.

Boy George is due back in court on the matter on November 22, 2007! This isn’t the first time that Boy George has been on this side of the law.  In 2006  he was ordered to perform community service for filing a false police report on a burglary that never happened in his Manhattan apartment.
