Natch, good-hearted Betty will try to give LiLo a leg up with a gig at “Mode.”

When TVGuide.com asked ABC about the buzz, they issued a firm “No comment,” which to my thinking is the next best thing to a “Yes, it’s true! Isn’t this exciting?!” — Ben Katner
