Who would have guessed. People close to the struggling starlet say that it’s not drugs that is making Britney act as crazy as she does, but a mental disorder of some sort!

“It’s not substance abuse — it’s mental!” a confidante tells US Weekly.

This might explain her odd behavior of leaving her kids in the car with the court appointed monitor to go shopping for a $18,200.00 chandelier. This was done the day that she had her custody hearing this past week! Sources are saying that Britney has no concept of the severity of this custody battle with K-Fed.

Some are blaming adult ADD along with depression. Most are saying that Postpartum depression is to blame for her crazy behavior.
