Lindsay Lohan has been seen around with her new boyfriend, snowboarder Riley Giles. (love his first name, reminds me of Buffy!)  Lindsay met her current beau at the rehab clinic she was staying at in Utah. Apparently, Mr. Giles has a messy messy past.

Until recently, he was engaged to Murray, Utah, resident Bree Tierney. “Riley just stopped calling Bree and never told her about Lindsay,” Bree’s mom, Tess, tells Us. “She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her.” Umm..Lindsay the homewrecker strikes again!??? I feel so sorry for Bree!

“Lindsay may be in danger with Riley.” The concerns may be warranted: Giles escorted Lohan to the Hotel Bar & Nightclub in Salt Lake City on October 5 — the same day she checked out of rehab. Now, it might just be me, but should a person JUST getting out of rehab really be going to a bar? Sure, she MAY be clean, but aren’t you suppose to stay away from the temptations? Apparently a witness at the bar says that Lindsay was drinking that night but the clubs owner, Jordan Harwood insists to Us Weekly “Her group made it clear they didn’t want any alcohol at the table.” Do you think he would tell you she was drinking considering 1: She’s still under age. 2: wouldn’t it make his bar look really bad if Lindsay is fresh out of rehab and they are serving her already?

Why is it that every time I see pictures of this girl lately, I want to cut off ALL her hair..I mean like Britney style!?
