Police are waiting for the results of Nick Hogan’s drug and alcohol test from his crash awhile back. According to the police report, the roads were wet at the time of the accident and the driver “disregarded other traffic control.”  As you know, his passanger, his good friend, John Graziano was seriously injured and doctors say he has permanent brain damage and will never recover.
