Could drugs and alcohol been involved?
Police are waiting for the results of Nick Hogan’s drug and alcohol test from his crash awhile back. According to the police report, the roads were wet at the time of the accident and the driver “disregarded other traffic control.” As you know, his passanger, his good friend, John Graziano was seriously injured and doctors say he has permanent brain damage and will never recover. Could Nick be on drugs? What do you think?

I think he should go to jail. If alcohol or drugs were involved he should be put away longer. He’s a privileged punk who was racing on wet roads…after multiple prior warnings.

My best guess is: YES! I am 99.9% certain this kid was on drugs & alcohol while driving.

Drugs or not this kid needs to do time. Hes responisible for the severe damage he caused his friend and his friends family. DO NOT SPEED. Its the law, he broke it, he deserves to be punished.

He should do time, he doesn’t like his cell… does his friends family like seeing their son in a coma brain dead !!!!! He should just do the time and shut up. What an embrassment he is whining to mommy about being in jail. His friend will NEVER RECOVER shut up Nick you deserve what you get.
