Samaire Armstrong in Treatment for “Personal Issues”
Dirty, Sexy Money star Samaire Armstrong is receiving treatment for “personal issues,” the actress’ rep tells Usmagazine.com.
Her rep said in a statement: “Samaire Armstrong decided to enter an outpatient facility to deal with some personal issues in a therapeutic atmosphere and is doing very well. She continues to work on her show and will be completing her treatment in a matter of weeks.”
A source tells Us Armstrong, 26, will be absent from only one episode of the new ABC hit, on which she plays a character who is dealing with substance abuse issues.
“She stumbled a bit, but she’s back on set,” a source close to the show tells Us.

Drug rehab anyone? Too bad all these actors and actresses are going… they have so much to live for.

I really have no idea who she is. I actually had to click on her name that is highlighted and be taken to another window to find out that she worked on the O.C. (a show I never watched) and Dirty Sexy Money (a show I am not watching) that was as far as I got before I clicked the X in the corner to close out that window.

She sounds like her words are always slurred on the show Dirty Sexy Money, too bad she was good when she came on the scene on The OC.

I fell for her on The O.C., and I’m not usually into girls with short hair. As Sir said, she and Rachel did both have novocaine diction.
Her daddy is a marine, so there could be issues. Still, this smacks of publicity opportunism. It would make more sense to report this if she’d become a household name. Most people can’t even pronounce her name.

Maybe her personal issues are her black eyeborws with her bad blonde dye-job. Now I know where Rumor got teh idea from……
On a more serious note, most, if not all, of those in Hollywood abuse, or have abused,substances. Whether it be booze, prescription, or illegal drugs, hell how do you think most of these women stay so skinny? Diet and excersize? Not unless they are vegetarian. They all smoke, and most likely add a bit of cocaine in their daily lives to stave off the hunger. Why be so shocked that another one goes into rehab? Especially the women. Its the studios that ropessure tehm all to be size 2s and 4s, they need to lay off, and maybe so many young women in the industry wouldn’t be heading down that “coke-and-cigarette diet” road.

tbh i dont wanna sound like a duach but i really liked her in The O.C and like her still in Dirty sexy money. The life stiles tuff and it comes with alot of pressure so its hardly supriseing young actors and actresses in the business have trouble i act quite abit sometimes its relaxing to smoke a fag/joint before you go on stage, i cant imagine the sort of pressure people in her position are in.
So lets lay off the young actress whos actually good enough to have a job in Hollywood
