Wow, that’s got to be hard to live with if you’re Nick…

Super driver Nick Hogan managed to severely injure his passenger in the August 26th car crash when Nick hit a palm tree after speeding. The passenger, 22 year old John Graziano, is a marine who had just returned from duty in Iraq. John suffered devastating head injuries which, according to court documents, give the family only the hope that he will have the ability to open and close his eyes.
John Graziano’s mother, Debra Graziano, has legally petitioned a Florida court to permit her to assume guardianship of the 22-year-old, who remains in Bayfront Medical Center, the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Citing court papers, the paper reports that the most Graziano can hope for is to open and shut his eyes periodically. He was a passenger in 17-year-old Nick Bollea’s car when it careened off the road and struck a 25-ft.-tall palm tree in downtown Clearwater, Fla., police said.
The papers also state that Graziano was not wearing a seat belt. Police continue to investigate the accident, and no charges have been filed.
A nurse hired by the court filed a report on Sept. 19 that described Graziano as comatose and on life support, and also said he may have suffered a seizure, says the Times.
Nick has a history of driving without thinking and crazt.
Within the first year of obtaining his license, Nick was ticketed five times and received four points on his license. Those charges included a violation for going 115 mph in a 70 mph zone, 57 mph in a 30 and 106 mph in a 70. The most recent ticket prior to his crash occurred on August 10, 2007, when Nick was ticketed after his 1998 Toyota was recorded going 82 mph in a 45 mph active construction zone.
In an interview with Rides Magazine, Nick said he was pulled over three times in the same day while driving over 100 mph, and that the final time, the only one where he was ticketed, his actual speed was 123 mph in a 50 mph zone.
“In my silver Viper, I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 [mph] and the guy let me off. He’s like, ‘Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.’ Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 [mph]. Another highway patrol from the same county said, ‘I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.’ Three minutes later, [I was] doing 123 [mph] in a 50 [mph zone]. The guy is like, ‘Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.’”
So the cool thing to do is brag about that? Someone pretty much lost their lives if all they can do is blink….They are a shell of the person they one were. It’s sad and I hope he does feel bad about this. I hope some sort of charges are brought against him because he seems to think he’s indestructible.

That’s really horrible. It’s also sad that he served his country without a scratch on him, only to come home and be in an accident like this.
And Nick is a POS. What a cool guy@@ His friend is comatose and he’s bragging about how he can’t drive the speed limit. Loser!

I have no sympathy for Nick Hogan. He walked from that accident when it should be him lying in that hospital bed, not his soldier friend. Life really isn’t fair, is it?

I hope the relatives sue this ugly disfunction family’s ass off, so their son can have the best in life of what life he will have left. Jail Nick.. Hogans’ worthless, selfish son too.

Why have no charges been filed???? What a horrible thing.

I hope this kid rots in hell after this bullshit.

I wonder what kind of charges he could get? I mean the kid wasnt wearing his seatbelt and hes still alive. I mean i feel horrible for him and his family, but you knwo how the justice system is with celebs. Nick will prob get a ticket and a fine and the poor friend will live out the rest of his days in a nursing home. sad.

that family disgusts me. they are all entitled, superficial pigs. i doubt he will face much in the way of charges, but i wish they would throw the book at him.

I saw an old episode of Hogan Knows Best today, where he took Nick (15 years old) to a police station and made him watch a video about kids killed in car accidents because they were going too fast. Too bad he didn’t learn anything. And too bad cops repeatedly let him off the hook.

He should go to jail for that. I can’t believe that people are that stupid, saying that the passenger shoudl have worn a seatbelt, we all know they save lives and yet so many people don’t bother.
One of my dads friends got ticketed 3 times last weekend on the way to the my dad cottage because he won’t wear a seat belt because he doesn’t like the way it rubs his chest.
In Toronto we have a new law… If someone is clocked going over 50km more than the speed limit their car gets inpounded for a week and a 1000-1000- fine.

I think this is horrible the whole Hogan family should just go away!

SLOW THE FUCK DOWN ASSHOLE!!!!!

Along with jail time, his license should be revoked PERMANENTLY. Driving is NOT a right, it’s a privilege, and he’s shown that he’s reckless and doesn’t care in the least bit about anyone’s safety. He should NEVER DRIVE AGAIN. And that’s after he gets out of jail.
He must have the tiniest dick in the universe. Maybe it’s an innie.
October 10th, 2007 at 8:59 am
I don’t know if they can really press charges, so forget about it. It was John’s choice to not wear a seatbelt.
October 10th, 2007 at 9:09 am
Why did he get in the car with him? If i’m in a car and the person is driving over 100mph I would tell his ass to slow down. Knowing young guys he was probably encouraging Nick to go faster. Why is a 22 year-old hanging out with a 17 year-old anyway?! They aren’t family. I do feel bad for him though nobody deserves that to happen to them.

what a pathetic excuse for a human being. POS is an understatement. Wow, you’re so cool, asshole.
October 10th, 2007 at 10:27 am
A victim is still comatose & the police haven’t charged this twit? Maybe the cops down there deserve some jail time.
October 10th, 2007 at 1:03 pm
The whole family is a DISGUSTING PATHETIC JOKE!

Brooke Hogan is built like a sumo-wrestler, has tree trunk sized thunder thighs that could crush bricks, and now has fake tits–and STILL looks like a tranny, and nick is a pu**y who is half the size of his BIG ass sister. that must suck for the both of them.
