BREAKING NEWS: Britney loses custody of her kids!
TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline, the boys’ father, “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
ALSO: ET confirms that BRITNEY SPEARS will lose physical custody of her two boys as of this Wednesday at 12 p.m.
Today’s ruling states: “Respondent’s oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court’s prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Respondents ex-parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88.”
This is really, really sad…but may it was necessary.

It’s pretty sad that I’m happy that K-Fed, of all people, got custody of his boys. If he can do it - any man can. I’m really happy for the kids though. Brittany needs to get her shit together - like so many other bad mothers out there that only care about their stupid pride. Go K-fed!

I agree that K-Fed is a douchebag, but at least we don’t see him out partying in his underwear, or drinking and smoking with the kids close by. Sad that he’s deemed the better of the 2 parents, but at this stage, he is!

What a stupid ass bitch cunt she is. She lost two of the most precious things a person could have given to them…no sympathy for her…so relieved those kids are away from her and her pathetic being. Hopefully there is hope for the little ones yet and that they are in the care of loving persons.

it took waaayyy to long for those two poor kids to be taken from her - and i agree, do it now before she takes them and runs, or worse. and *hopefully* kevin will prove us all wrong - maybe this is what it took for him to man up. i sure hope so cause those boys need a parent badly.
