According to Dina, Lindsay is NOT leaving rehab this weekend.

When Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush e-mailed Lindsay’s mom, Dina, to find out if the reports of Lindsay coming home this weekend were accurate, Dina said that wasn’t the case.

“Not true staying in Utah,” Dina wrote to Billy.

Well good. Maybe she’ll be there for a long time! At least she isn’t driving!!!!
