Actress eats…causes chaos/confusion on set.
While filming her new movie, The Other Boleyn Girl, sources say that Scarlett ‘piled on the pounds’ by eating sweets and heading to the pub.
Sources also claim that some scenes had to be re-shot due to her weight yo-yo-ing throughout the shoot and causing continuity issues “Scarlett looks sensational in the movie, but the problem has been that her weight has gone up and down like a yo-yo because she likes her food. She’s a fan of British pubs and she really tucks in so it was a case of tightening the corset stays.”
I like that bit where they say looks sensational BUT…
What the heck is wrong with Hollywood that it creates an environment whereby if an actress (who is on People Magazine’s most Beautiful list for 2007 might I add) consumes food on a regular basis she gets so ‘gargantuan’ that scenes need to be re-shot?

I’d like to remind you about a computer program called Photoshop. I’ve seen Scarlett up close and she is short and hefty. She has a tendancy to look butch if she gains too much. So…it’s not mean old Hollywood persecuting the starlet. Maybe if she learned to act people wouldn’t care so much about her looks.

Actually, from what I read it seems like the problem was more a matter of the wardrobe fitting. If they did a good job reconstruction the time’s wardrobe, the waist lines on the dresses could definitely be a problem, even if she only broadened an inch or two.
