Breaking News: Halle Berry is 3 months pregnant!
TMZ has learned that producers of the upcoming Lionsgate film “Tulia” have scrapped plans to start filming in October — as the film’s star, Halle Berry, is three months pregnant!
A source close to the production tells us Berry, 41, who is currently dating hottie model Gabriel Aubrey, was set to star in the movie about the drug and racial profiling scandal in Tulia, Texas. The film, which was scheduled for a 2008 release, was to be directed by John Singleton and also starred Billy Bob Thornton.
We’re told the project has not been shelved entirely; producers may decide to pick it up at a later date.
Reps for Berry and Lionsgate did not immediately return our calls for comment.

That’s great news for Halle, and a maybe a relief to people from Tulia. I grew up there and while know there was some injustice there due to a SUPER TERRIBLE undercover cop, there were a lot of other really good people that don’t deserve the bad press this movie will bring (again).

Halle thanks for all you are trying to do for tulia because the >BLACKS< here need all they can get from all these WHITE people because they treated them bad during the drug bust they just assumed that they where selling drugs they didn’t know for sure if they where or not but this is where assuming gets you PAYING OFF FOR WHAT YOU DID. They don’t think about all these white people around here running METH LABS or anything like that its just they think the black people are selling drugs but they are WRONG not all black people do what people think they do they just assume and always assume wrong…. but by the way A FORMER TULIAN you don’t worry about whats going on down here you are just doing the same thing the police did ASSUMING….
