Breaking News: Britney being investigated for possible child abuse!
TMZ has learned Britney Spears is being investigated for possible child abuse.
An unscheduled hearing was held today at L.A. County Superior Court. Present — Britney’s lawyer, Dennis Wasser, K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan and a lawyer from the Los Angeles County Counsel who is assigned to the dependency court.
We do not know the specifics of the allegations but we’re told the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is conducting an active investigation.
A hearing in the custody case has been scheduled for September 4, which will be a follow up to today’s appearance.
A rep for Britney did not immediately return our request for comment.

What’s even more shocking is another photo with the group on the net right now and her baby is completely nude in all his glory. I cannot believe she would allow naked pics of her baby on the net with perverts trolling just to look at stuff like that. Kevin ought to get the kids for that picture alone. It’s disgusting that she doesn’t protect them any better than that.

She’s just a mom, guys, hanging out with her kids in her OWN backyard and if her kids wanna run around nekked in their own backyards, so what? Some of my daughter’s best times have been spent running around like that IN MY BACKYARD. Shame on the paps for climbing the fence around her house!!!!! Put blame where it lies!!

We don’t need to draw a quarter to hang her. She is pretty much doing a good job of hanging herself. Walking around your own backyard is not bad, it’s the fact that she is almost sticking that cigarette in her kids little face is what is disturbing!
Her life style and the habits that the nannies have said she does to those poor kids is what is disturbing.

And you don’t think for one minute that these people are EX employees for a REASON?? How is it possible for everyone to make these judgements based on what they see in the media???? (The very same media that skews every single thing Bush does to make it look good??? THAT’S where the evil lies in this country.) Oh, and did you ever think that maybe the little boy ran up on her all of a sudden? Good lord, she’s only human. Check up on it, every single thing that her EX nannies have said she’s guilty of, NOT A SINGLE ONE will stand up in court under oath to say. They’re just selling her out to the media like everyone else in her life.
