Guy Ritchie and Madonna’s gamekeeper resigned from his job after the director broke his arm, according to reports. Martin Taylor is alleged to have quit his employment at the couple’s 1,200 acre estate in the west of England following a “play fight” with Ritchie, which left the 44-year-old seriously injured.

Taylor – who worked for the couple for five years – is believed to have told pals he was effectively left without a job when Madonna ceased shooting birds due to her Kaballah beliefs.

A friend tells London newspaper the Evening Standard, “Martin and some of the locals on the estate would take the mickey out of Guy.

“It was just fun really, but you could see there was some simmering tension. What has apparently upset Martin is that Guy never apologized.”
