Ryan and Sandra to star in romantic comedy together.
Ryan Reynolds is in final negotiations to star opposite Sandra Bullock in “The Proposal,” a romantic comedy from Touchstone Pictures.
Mandeville’s David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman are producing and Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are exec producing via their shingle Kurtzman/Orci Prods.
The story follows a demanding female boss (Bullock) who suddenly faces deportation to Canada. She makes a deal with her young male assistant (Reynolds) to agree to a sham engagement and marriage.
Sandra is 43 and Ryan is 30. Do you think they’d have chemistry on screen?
