Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana had a baby girl named Gia Zavala, on Wednesday, his rep confirmed to Usmagazine.com.

“Everyone is great,” Damon’s rep tells Us. “She’s healthy and beautiful.”

Gia joins Isabella, 2, and Damon’s stepdaughter, Alexia, 10.

“I’m so outnumbered down here, it’s crazy,” Damon has joked of his female-dominated, Miami household.

In July, Damon said they hadn’t settled on a baby name.

“We decided to wait till she’s born, and then we’re going to get a look at her, and we’ll probably keep debating it,” he told USA Today.

Damon and Luciana, who met in 2003, were married Dec. 9, 2006 in a ceremony performed by a justice of the peace in New York City, Us Weekly first reported.

Pop star Ricky Martin has adopted twin boys, born to a surrogate mother.

Martin, 36, who is currently single, plans to take a long break from showbusiness to raise the kids. In a statement, the Livin’ La Vida Loca singer-turned-humanitarian’s spokesperson says, “The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky’s full-time care.

“Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children.”

Martin joins the ranks of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and fellow Puerto Ricans Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, who also became parents of twins this year.

Jennifer Garner has finally acknowledged her pregnancy.

At an event celebrating the 10th anniversary of Baby Einstein products in L.A. Wednesday, a USA Today reporter asked the actress, 36, about her upcoming projects.

Garner then pointed to her baby bump and said with a smile, “This.”

She wouldn’t reveal her due date, USA Today reports.

“We’re so excited, obviously,” she told Access Hollywood.

She also joked about her swollen belly. “Oh, I’m not pregnant. I just had a lot of carbs for breakfast. It’s just — what do they call it — a breakfast pouch?”

Garner and husband Ben Affleck — parents of daughter Violet, 2 — recently snapped up a $16 million house in the L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood as they prep for their new baby.

In 2007, she told the UK edition of Marie Claire that she and Affleck couldn’t wait to give Violet a sib.

“We definitely wonder what it would be like to have another — hopefully, knock on wood, someday,” she said.

In June, Affleck told Access Hollywood, “We’re very happy. Things couldn’t be better. We’re kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home.”

Like any other busy working parents, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes enjoy getting out of the house and going to the movies on date night. And on Aug. 11, when the two arrived at the LA premiere of Tropic Thunder — the new hit comedy that features a much-talked-about cameo by Tom — it was clear they intended for the evening to be a special one.

Katie, 29, who had spent the past two weeks in NYC rehearsing her Broadway play, All My Sons, flew in specially for the event. At the afterparty, an energetic Tom worked the room. But while her husband schmoozed, Katie struggled just to stay awake. “She managed to smile, but she seemed really out of it,” a guest notes. “It just looked like she hadn’t slept in a while.”

The very next morning, however, she was back at rehearsal, having flown 3,000 miles overnight to NYC. After putting in a seven-hour workday, Katie changed and headed out yet again, this time joining her 2-year-old daughter, Suri, for an evening at NYC’s Chelsea Piers gym complex. While Suri happily bounced on a trampoline, Katie had less energy. Says an onlooker, “She looked pretty groggy.”

But starring in a Broadway show is Katie’s dream come true — and she’s determined to make it work. But while Katie may get a career boost, her marriage could suffer. “Right now their lives are divided,” notes an insider. “Their relationship isn’t on shaky ground, but things definitely aren’t perfect.”

Lindsay Lohan got a blast from the past when she and her former flame Calum Best both showed up at the Effen vodka – sponsored opening of the Apple Lounge in LA on Aug. 14 (her ex Harry Morton also was on hand).

Asked what he thinks about Lindsay’s latest romance, with Samantha Ronson, Calum quipped, “I hope I didn’t turn her!”

Even though one witness says Lindsay tried her best to avoid Calum, 27, at the event, he insists he’s still friendly with the 22-year-old actress, whom he dated in May 2007, shortly before Linds entered Promises rehab in Malibu. “She’s a cool girl,” Calum said. “She’s better than she was, because at one point she was in a bad way.”

He said he definitely doesn’t have any hard feelings: “I wish her all the best with whatever she does. And if she’s with a girl, then good for her. In this day and age, it’s all good.”

Is Calum worried his friendship with Lindsay could make Sam jealous? “We’ll see. I don’t want to arm wrestle her girlfriend!” he joked.

Even if you watched the season-four premiere of The Hills on Monday, there’s a lot you didn’t see.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt stopped by the Hollywood Party Girl show yesterday to give some scoop on the upcoming season.

Let’s start with Lauren’s date with Doug Reinhardt. Not only did she also date him before in high school, but Heidi said L.C. liked him back when the frenemies were still roommates.

“He was her obsession,” Heidi dished, while Spencer added it was “cold” that his sister, Stephanie, went out with Doug.

As for Heidi’s sister, Holly, who appears this season…

Turns out, she actually used to live with both Lauren and Heidi in their old apartment—she just didn’t appear on camera.

Heidi said she’s OK with her sis and L.C. being friends, although she and Spencer both think it’s crazy that while she befriends their siblings, Lauren still hates them.

As for Audrina, Heidi said she’s still close with her and thinks she’s “coming back around to her side.”

If the tension in their house on last night’s episode was any indication, we’re inclined to believe her.

One of the Girls Next Door may be moving out and moving on after the E! reality show’s fifth — and likely last — season. “Kendra Wilkinson has been offered her own reality show about starting her life over again when she moves out of the Playboy Mansion,” an insider tells In Touch. “Hugh Hefner knows her time is coming.”
