Lindsay’s attorney releases a statement…
Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Blair Berk has released the following statement:
“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

I wonder if they would of been informed about her “relapse” if she had killed a family drinking and driving. Makes me sick!!! If that was me I would be in jail for years, she’ll get out of it.

Really, you shouldn’t hate her, you should feel sad for her. I can assure you that having money and fame will not buy her way out of this, even if it looks that way. If she’s an addict, there is not enough money to get her clean unless she wants to be and can kick it. Calling her names at this point is childish.

Umm I didnt call her names, my point is that it is sad that she is out there drinking and driving recklessly and could possibly kill an innocent person. I feel sad for the innocent person that she will injure and the way their family will feel when she kills someone!!! I hope for her sake she does get “want” to get clean and it just isnt a “photo/news story”

You know, one more thing… I feel bad and all and yeah she may be an addict, but could you really not hire a limo driver to drive you around and party all night? that is what irks me.. no need to drive and put others at risk!!! now i am done .. sorry if I offend any other ” Lindsay Lovers”

I don’t feel sorry for her anymore. I used to be a Lindsay fan back when she was innocent, but now she just makes me so disgusted and ashamed. I can’t stand her anymore. I hate it when people are always going around saying, “Oh, the poor darling” “She’ll get better” and “She just needs time.” Time my ass! This girl is a spoiled brat, and I am not afraid to say so. She really needs to grow up and pull herself together. I feel like I can’t forgive her. Until then, Linsay Lohan is coke-crashing-whore!

If you don’t feel sorry for her, you’ve obviously never dealt with addiction. It’s painful and sad. While she might very well be a spoiled brat and an extremely poor choice maker, she is what, 21 years old so basically still a kid. I have a 21 year old so I know. She’s had some poor guidance and she needs to grow up, that is a given. But calling her a dumbass, an idiot and a whore is not real helpful. I think it’s a shame because she’s young and she is a talented actress. I’m not necessarily a fan of hers or on the Lindsay train. And I do think she needs to keep her mouth shut by trying to defend her actions; there is no defense. She just needs to go to rehab for a long time and grow up.
