   Ironically, Jim Morrison also got all bloated and shit before he kicked it. If Val would just grow a beard, he could do a movie about Jim’s last days!

    I agree, he looks happy. He’s given us amazing performances, from Jim Morrison, to Doc Holliday to the private eye in “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” and more. Let him be.

    He does look happy! Maybe he’s just enjoying his life and not worrying about what other people think.

    I love Val. I see a lot of actors gain a lot of weight when not acting. Look at DeNiro, Mel Gibson, Dustin Hoffman, Jack Nicholson, even the “governator” Arnold, etc. Except, when they have to work, they loose the weight. That’s not the worst thing that could happen, however, Val has been in a couple of “horrible” movies. His part in a Polish western was playing a dead man. All he did was lay there. It was the “worst” films I’ve ever seen. Then I see him in some dragon movie and he plays an evil knight who dies early one. He is an AMAZING Actor. That’s the shame. He shouldn’t lower himself to such demeaning roles. He’s not washed up unless he wants to be!
