Britney Spears being investigated by CSD?
Songstress Britney Spears has hit another snag in her ongoing custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline over their two sons and this time KFed maybe playing it dirty. Spears’s week long stay at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills may not have been for some ‘special time’ with her mystery guy / manny.
Spears, a source has told X17online.com, has been shacking up at the hotel while Child Protective Services investigated her properties in Bel Air and in Malibu.
The government agency has warned Britney that the pools at both homes are unsafe for young children because lack the required child safety barriers around them.
Spears is battling her ex husband Federline over the custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James in court.
Federline, who has vowed to prove Spears as an unfit mother in court, has resorted to dirty tactics in the past to gain greater custody over the boys.
He has reportedly even connived with Spear’s mother Lynn over the issue. Spears and Lynn are no longer on talking terms and Spears has warned grandma Spears to stay far away from her sons.

Oh yeah? Well she is hopelessly dumb, neglectful and dirty and if someone didn’t nag her she’d let anything happen, because consequences of daily life never enters her mind.. so yeah, suffer Britney and grow up for the children’s sake.

oh god…..i read stories constantly of children dieing due to REAL neglect, like starving, no clothes, no bed, no home….should i go on? and in most of these cases CSD investigated and found NO PROOF of neglect yet somehow the kids are found dead weighing like 20 pounds and now they’re wasting their time and OUR money looking into this. i don’t think britney is ever very well put together, but she is out and about with her kids a lot lately and most of the “bad” stories we hear are just stories, there is never any proof of her doing anything neglegent anymore, i honestly feel she is trying and the media sure as hell doesn’t help, they feed us shit and the majority eat it up as fact!!!! GOOD LUCK BRIT!!!

ok ive been a fan of britneys for a long time..she always seemed like a sweet girl to me..but she is starting to get on my nerves..wth is up with her outfits and ridiculous wigs..BRIT i KNOWWW you have the money to look better..so go get yourself some makeup and cute clothes..i think she is hitting the rock bottom..which is really sad b/c i always thought of her to be much better than christina, but now..i guess shes proving everyone wrong

Child Services does not have legal authority to come into someone’s private property and dictate those issues. This sounds like more bogus crap that Kevin and his buddies like to spread.
Seriously, I understand not everyone likes Britney Spears but some of the poison you people spew borders on psychotic.

It is not bogus, if she doesn’t have the child protective fences around the pool it is not safe. And as much as she is into herself, can she trust the kids or someone to watch them constantly to make sure they don’t end up there? I immediately thought that same thing when I saw the pics yesterday of her manny handing her the kids out of the pool. NO fence. Not safe.
She is a train wreck. I am sure that there is no conniving that has to happen for Lynne Spears and Kevin to get Britney in any trouble. Children services can see everything everyday, and chose to come check it out on their own.
And Karen you are wrong, they do have the right to force the issue. Check it out.

Uh, wtf planet are you on? If there is a state mandate about pool enclosures (and almost all states have them!) they most certainly DO have the right! And if a complaint is made they have a mandate to follow up. I think some crap people come down on her for is just BS, but sorry, I’m with KFed on the kids’ safety. ESPECIALLY without pool enclosures. It only takes about 90 seconds for a water tragedy.

Just because she is seen out and about with her children does not make her a good mother. To me, it means that she is pimping her kids out just like her mother did to her. They are children, not photo ops. I’m sorry but if she can’t take care of herself wtf makes anyone think she can take care of two small children? She can’t admit she has substance abuse issues, she acts like a vindictive brat to anyone who tried to help her, she shits all over her fans and insults their intelligence. She needs to woman up and get over herself. And yeah – no “conniving” is necessary on ANYONE’s part – she is the one who insists on acting the way she does, and purposely puts it out there to feed her attention addiction to boot.

First of all, the recent pix of Britney by the pool with the kids looked more like a smoke break than a play date. Secondly, why is Kevin’s factual complaints refered to as “dirty tactics.”
