Are any of you guys watching Big Love?
I don’t talk about it much on the site…but Big Love has been SPECTACULAR so far this season! This season is SO much better than the first! I’m loving every minute of it! Sunday’s episode was so great…with Bill meeting (possibly) his fourth wife??
It’s just so good - and I was wondering if any of you guys are watching it too? What do you think?

Oooh I LOVE Big Love. When Margene was in the diner at the end and she was nice to the waitress, was that her giving her approval of the waitress? By the way, Ginnifer Goodwin is so adorable as Margene. She’s my favorite.

I’m totally agree! It is one of my favorite shows this summer. I also love how the characters are developing. I also love it that they are having flash backs.

I’m also a huge fan- although I really liked the first season as well. When I saw Bill flirting with the waitress I was thinking ‘Noooo!’ but by the end of the episode I loved her!

Love it, I can’t wait to see what happens next week. So many differant story lines opened in this weeks episode so I can wait to see how they unfold.

Fabulous show. I get so excited every Monday afternoon when I realize I get to watch it that night. Plots are great so far. Each character is so unique from the others. I also love that it is the only thing like it out there like it. HBO hit it good w this one.

I watch the show too, and like it a lot. I’m also curious to see what happens with the waitress. I don’t think Barb will like him getting another wife, can’t wait to see how it all plays out.

I think my favorite character on the show is Chloe Sevigny’s, Nicky…which is strange, because normally I can’t stand her. But she is PERFECT for this show, and her character is so interesting! Last night’s episode was great…the whole Catholic thing was good!
I think the part I’m loving the most about this season is how Barb is obviously having conflict in her own faith. The fact that she’s not really believing in the whole poligamy lifestlye anymore is so interesting. She stays with the family - because she’s devoted to Bill and the “family unit”…but it obviously isn’t what she wants. She wants it to be just her and Bill, deep down.
Oh, I could just go on and on…but I love the show! I think season 2 is so much better. It goes deeper! I’d love to see a flashback episode that deals with how Bill and Barb became polygamists in the first place…and I’d LOVE to see an episode on them “marrying” Nikki - and how that affected Barb.

Not to be the party pooper, but this show freaks me out..Im a little old fashioned and when i see a guy having more than one wife, i want to slap all the girls that are in that relationship..

Bill is so going to self-destruct. He’s rushing into the new revenge/business venture and the deal seems ridiculously hinky, he’s borrowing all the money his uncle has, he’s flirting with a waitress (Come on, HBO!!! Which neighbor is going to have to die so they can have 4 houses all next door to each other?!?), and I totally want Sarah to turn Rhonda back to the compound because she’s just evil…it’s a good season so far!

I love to hate Nicky.
The show is great and I can’t get enough!!! My tivo didn’t record the last episode (my husband refuses to watch) and I about had a coronary. You should talk about it more on the site!

Elena, if you don’t like it, then don’t watch it. You can have your opinion, but don’t complain when it is something you can choose not to watch.
I, like everyone else, think it is GREAT. I’m really enjoying this 2nd season, and lately it has been so hard to wait a whole week for the new episode!

BIG LOVE is fantastic! It’s my new fave on HBO, and this season is awesome with so many great plot twists. Great ensemble cast and great characters!

love it! margene is my favorite, especially after Walk the Line. they are doing well keeping it interesting. i know he’s a polygamist, but i still feel like he’s cheating on them. and i don’t like her accent. hate rhonda

Hey Mel- It’s a show, don’t watch it if you don’t like it. I don’t like MTV, so I don’t flip the channel there…trust me, it’s not that hard. =)
Anywho, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this damn show! They fit SO much information in one eppisode that it actually satisfies my “Big Love” craving for at least a day or 2 lol. I love everything about the show. Nicki has been pissing me off lately though…she is SO stubborn sometimes. And Margene is my fav too, she’s is just too adorable.

When I saw the first episode of the first season, I wasnt crazy about it, but midway through,I decided to give it another shot because of the great reviews and saw teh whole season. It is one of the best shows on tv right now. The actors are amazing and the writing is perfect. I look forward to Monday nights.

Ha ha ha….Mel, yeah it’s about polygamy but it’s one of the most well written shows on television right now. Once they got rid of Huff, Rome and Dead Like Me, I totally thought that interesting television was going down the tubes. This show is great, I just hope that it doesn’t have the two season curse like all the other shows lately. Does anyone know when the new season of Dexter is coming out?
