Drew Barrymore to be new Gucci Girl!
The first celebrity ever to do Gucci ads will be Drew Barrymore. She will advertise the brands fine jewelery.
“Drew brought wonderful energy and excitement to this project. She is such a strong and confident woman, but her humor and sensitivity made her completely disarming,” Frida Giannini Gucci’s creative director.
The campaign will launch in September, and will be seen in fashion books worldwide. The ad was shot by Dutch photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in a Paris studio.
I can’t wait to see the rest of the new ad collection!

I think Drew’s going to do a great job. She is a fabulous actress, and will do the company proud.
