The Britney Spears vs. Lynne Spears drama continues! Brit was spotted handing Lynne (in a trailer??) paperwork from her lawyer. It’s been reported earlier that Britney was going to file a restraining order against Lynne, but these apparently are not restraining order documents. You can check out the video here. The two Spears women have been growing increasingly more apart, and you have to wonder where it first stemmed. Also, in the world of Britney Spears, there is a K-Fed update. Apparently he refuses to sign the divorce papers until she proves that she is fit to take care of the kids during her part of their 50/50 custody deal. Brit has some pretty hard partying ways, and her current penchant to keep on wearing her scandalous clubbing outfits and continuing to party until the early hours (even after rehab!) seems to indicate that she has no plans on slowing down anytime soon. I just hope those kids don’t suffer too much from both of their parents pitfalls.
