Poster for Good Luck Chuck…and sorry I was gone!
So I’ve been gone the last couple hours because I had an eye appointment. I got glasses for the first time about 2 years ago, and hadn’t been back since. Well, I noticed my glasses just weren’t cutting it anymore – so I decided to go in for a new checkup. Lo and behold my eyesite had gotten worse, they had to DOUBLE the strength of my perscription. Oh turning 30 has really been marvelous so far.
BUT – on the positive side…my new glasses are very nice. They are black and pink…and I got a pair of Coach sunglasses that are pink and black (prescription strength of course). Anyways…back to posting.

Complete rip-off of Leibovitz’s photo of Yoko and Lennon. I suppose it must be some sort of homage, though, from what I’ve seen from this movie’s trailer so far, I’m really not getting the connection.

Hey, just wait until you’re 40! I had my eyes checked at 38 (after waiting 6 years) and one eye was slightly worse but not enough to change glasses. I went back at 41 and not only were both eyes worse, but I now needed bifocals!

New glasses are exciting!! Its a whole new world when your prescription is up to date. Who knew tress had leaves??
