Even if she is in fact pregnant, your breasts don’t swell that fast and to that size so early on in a pregnancy. And besides, women who are even at a slight risk to be pregnant have to take a pregnancy test before surgery of any kind. You don’t know that THAT wasn’t how the rumor started.
