Justin Timberlake launches his own record label.

Justin Timberlake has launched his own record label, Tennman Records .
The 26-year-old will be the chairman as well as the CEO of his Los Angeles-based label.
The venture is a joint deal with Interscope Records, an American record label, owned by Universal Music Group, and which operates as one third of UMG’s Interscope-Geffen-A&M label group.
Although the ‘SexyBack’ singer has not shed much light on his new venture, he insisted that he is all set to introduce it worldwide.
“We are all excited about the talent we have to offer already on our roster and I cannot wait to introduce the world to my new discoveries,” said Timberlake.
Chairman of Interscope Records, Jimmy Iovine insisted that the company is very excited to start something like this with the talented singer.
“Whenever you have the opportunity to get into business with someone as gifted as Justin Timberlake, you take it. We are thrilled to have his label as part of Interscope,” Iovine said.
The new record label is due to announce its first contract officially in the next few weeks.
