Someone getting fired on Grey’s Anatomy??
Guess who sources say it is!!?? I wrote earlier today that T.R. Knight is unsure if he’s coming back. Was he right? Do you want to know? It might be a SPOILER…. hit MORE if you want to know!
Isaiah Washington! From Kristen at EOnline (and who’s rarely wrong):
I’ve now heard from various reliable sources that Isaiah has been taking meetings in New York and Los Angeles in search of a new job that would take place during the coming TV season, so it certainly appears that Isaiah’s Grey’s days are over. Insiders at ABC tell me “not everyone will be coming back” to Grey’s this fall, and although T.R. Knight’s fate was also left hanging in the balance after the season finale, I’m hearing that he’s gonna be back but like I said, Isaiah looks to be a goner.
As for George?? Ausiello at TV Guide (who is also rarely wrong) say’s GEORGE WILL BE BACK!!
This makes my day… I can’t STAND Burke. And I still have my George. All is well in the world.

I’m a big fan of the show and I’d stop watching if T.R. left. But, I can’t say the same thing for Isaiah…. I just wanna see George and Izzie get together already…

A show with more than 1 token minority character, and everyone wants to get rid of them… Equality MY ASS!
I love the Burke character … he should come back. Why should he get fired? just because he uttered politically incorrect words? Oh Please … most people say in private or think derrogatory terms about blacks, homosexuals, whites, chinese, latinos … ETC. He just didn’t have any sense to keep it to himself. The public is acting like we all love one another … B@#$tch Please …!

I like Isaiah Washington. He is one of the best actors in the series. It doesn’t matter what he does outside or in real life, nor should it matter what happens in the set. He is great as Dr. Burk and he will be missed. the show’s dynamics will change.

I was pretty pissed at IW’s comments about TR Knight….but I really did like the character Burke on the show. I loved him and Christina together….hopefully he will come back to the show in a year or so. And in the meantime, I’m sure he will find something. He is a great actor.
And I’m thrilled to hear TR KNight is coming back!!
George is my favorite character on the show!

why should ISAIAH BE FIRED COME ON YALL ACT LIKE YOU NEVER SAID OR THOUGHT ANY THING DEROGATORY TOWARDS ANYONE ELSE HE HAS BEEN PUTTING IN HIS TIME.. TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR IT.. BUT BECAUSE HE IS A BLACK MAN AND I TRULLY BELIEVE THIS HE IS HUNG FOR IT.. nooo.. i really like burke’s character. he’s a great actor. although i don’t agree with what he said or how he handled it, he seems genuinely sorry for his actions. i hope he comes back…

Ridiculous. The Burke and Christina chemistry is great. I can think of many story lines with just the two of them. The show will be less interesting without him.

The show is already changed/over! With Isaah leaving – (we know he is) and the new intern who is obviously going to hook up with McDreamy – ugh! Boring story line! Besides the fact that I hate that actress playing the new intern (she has been bit part in to many tv shows that have been canceled and so I dont buy her as this character and she is just a terrible actress & overacted so much in that sceen w/ George in the finale).
Im over this show after the finale. They should have kept same cast Isaah and Kate and not introduced any new playthings fr McDReamy because now he is just sleazy and I dont even want to see him and Meredith together anymore.

If I.W. leaves the show……..I leave the show. Everytime I see
T.R. Knight kissing Callie or Izzy……I think, Boy is really acting…..GAY Man kissing on a women
