It’s official, Heidi has new boobies.
Montag, 20, has left the hospital where Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan performed the augmentation surgery, exclusively tells Usmagazine.com, “What I do to my body is for myself and is no one’s business but mine.”
A source close to Montag confirms that the Colorado native did indeed get breast implants, and that she also had rhinoplasty.
The source adds, “Heidi is out of the hospital and resting. She is doing great and feels really good about what she did.”

It’s sad really. She is very, very pretty. Too bad she has been made to feel like she’s inadequte without big boobs and a plastic nose. I’d kill for her body in that pic.
