Britney surfaced last night for the first time since leaving rehab earlier this week.  Here she is grabbing dinner with her friends.

    Guess they could only conduct one “rehab” at a time and the clothing/bathing/looking like you didn’t just roll out from UNDER the bed rehab was going to start next week
