This was my FAVORITE performance on last night’s American Idol. Why? Not because Sanjaya is any good, that would be silly. But because WHILE Sanjaya was performing the ear numbing “Girl You Really Got Me Going” there was a little girl in the audience that was crying – hysterically. Think the Beatles. Think Elvis. Think Michael Jackson. This little girl thought she was in the pressence of someone HUGE. At first I thought the little girl was a bit – well – special… but I don’t think she is. She just really – really likes Sanjaya. After the camera’s caught her crying the first time – they couldn’t stop filming her. I don’t know if she knew she was being filmed the whole time.
