Looks like Tracy Morgan is supposed to be interviewed by some local news station – to promote his show 30 Rock.  But Tracy was DRUNK, and – well, things got interesting.  It’s so funny, you guys gotta watch.

    I don’t think he was really drunk. He acts like this when he gets bored. Notice how he started the interview pretty sober-sounding.
