Jen Bonds With Brad’s Costar!
Jennifer Aniston met up with actor Sam Rockwell for drinks during her quick trip through Manhattan this week.
Aniston and Rockwell — who costars with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, in the new film The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford — hit the hip Lower East Side restaurant Freemans with two other men and another woman shortly after 10 p.m. and stayed for roughly an hour Tuesday night.
“It seemed to me like a meet-and-greet, probably something movie-related,” a witness at the eatery tells Usmagazine.com, adding that The Break-Up star blended in at the restaurant. “Nobody really noticed it was her.”
The source added, “Jen was friendly and nice and very pretty in person.”
Rockwell and Aniston both participated in The 24 Hour Plays in NYC last October and Usmagazine.com was there at the afterparty when the two were seen flirting with each other.
Though Rockwell got rave reviews for his performance in the play, even his significant talent couldn’t save his new film with Pitt.
The Assassination of Jesse James has reportedly been a dud with critics and test audiences.
Aniston flew back to L.A. on Friday morning.
