Ben Affleck says it felt like he was “losing his virginity” again when he had colonic irrigation.

The ‘Hollywoodland’ actor recently underwent the medical procedure – which involves having warm water pumped into the intestines to flush out all un-passed excrement – but admits it was an experience he will not be repeating.

He told Britain’s Zoo magazine: “I lost my virginity all over again that day, in so many ways. I don’t think I will be having it done again.”

Colonic irrigation is not the only health conscious decision Ben has made recently – he has also given up smoking.

The 34-year-old actor revealed it was his role as chain-smoking bondsman Jack Dupree in new movie ‘Smokin’ Aces’ that convinced him to quit.

Ben – who has a one-year-old daughter Violet with his wife Jennifer Garner – said: “The whole week that I shot, I smoked, like, five packs a day. By the time the movie was over, I was so sick of smoking, I just didn’t want to do it anymore, and I quit. But it’s pretty cool that I have this celluloid record of the last time I smoked.”

Well, isn’t that a nice story.  Ew.
