   I think it’s in NO, look at the decorative string behind her, it is certainly for Mardi Gras.
   Poor Angie, she looks pissed and I totally understand. She can not have a peaceful time to mourn… How sad.

   Everything is purple, green and gold here right now. Its definitely New Orleans decorated for Mardi Gras-which is in Louisiana (LA)
