BREAKING NEWS: ANNA NICOLE SMITH HAS DIED!!
(CNN) — Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital after being found unconscious in her hotel room, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case told CNN.
Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.
TMZ.com had reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.
According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.
**I am really - really sad about this. I’m a mom - and I don’t know how I would ever get over losing my son. My gut tells me that she killed herself. She’s got a lot of controversy circulating around her right now. With the death of her son, and then the DNA drama with her daughter. It can’t be a coincidence that she has died just days before a court ordered DNA test on her daughter.
Her poor daughter. I mean seriously…this is a sad ending to an already tragic story.

A drug-addicted nutjob who leached off everyone with a bank account, fucked up her son’s life to the point he died at the age of 20, and produced drama after drama after drama, drops dead of an overdose and that’s….sad?
Her kid finally has a shot at growing up normal without her mother’s bimbo/dumb blonde/golddigger influence looming over her - if you care so much about kids and being a mother, why don’t you just be happy about that, instead of mourning yet another Hollywood loser?

Concietta you have some SERIOUS problems. For you to say that we should be happy about someone dying is unbelievable. She may have had some problems, but that doesn’t make her death a good thing. I can’t believe that you would even say the things that you said. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Yeah, her life was a big mess, but you gotta feel for her. This is sad. My guess is that she may have been dealing with post-partum depression, plus depression from the death of her son. I read somewhere that she said if it weren’t for her newborn daughter, that she would have killed herself after the death of her son. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that this is a suicide. I feel sorry for her baby girl.

sometimes the truth hurts, no matter how hard it is to hear. she could not speak a coherent sentence much less raise a child. i know loosing her son was devestating and it’s sad she could not clean herself up for the sake of her daughter, but she chose not to, and this is the consequence.

Even though she was a trainwreck and this WAS inevitable, it is in every aspect sad. Her poor daughter is never going to know her mother, regardless of how screwed up and nutty she was, she is still the mother of that child.
I cannot help but to suspect Howard K. Stern. He was present and is being implicated in the death of her son. He has been endlessly supplying Anna with her narcotics…have you seen her recent interviews?? She’s so looped up she can barely keep her eyes open let alone speak clearly!! I think he gave her the “accidental” overdoseage that will most likely be labeled a “suicide” instead of a homicide.
i hope Larry IS the father. Maybe he can bring some stability and sanity to little Dannilynn sife.

I feel very sad right now, for her and her baby. I don’t care how crazy you are or how many wrong choices you have made, to die in this manner w/a young baby - is tragic.

To me she seemed larger than life. The media, paparazzi, the public, all watched her with amusement and waited to see what she would do next. Every day, all the sites that post her, it seemed that she (as well as everyone else who posts celebrities) was a common figure in our day to day lives. To see all the headlines read that she’s dead, well it’s shocking. The world she created for herself became to big for her to handle. And yes, may she finally have some peace.

I’m SHOCKED!! I think it is so unbelievably sad. I thought she looked so lost in all her interviews. Yeah, messed up on pills, but so completely lost. So tragic, and I feel for the baby, no matter what kind of mother, or drugs she used, her daughter is always going to have her mom gone from her life, and it will always be so sad for her that her mother, and brother are dead. I just can’t believe it!

It is very sad. Poor little girl I hope whoever gains custody will take care of her. Its sad to see someone who is so lost never be able to beat her demons. I think there were a lot of people ready to bring her down and not enough who cared about helping her.

What a tragedy. She had her problems, but I really do think she had a great heart and loved her kids. I was a big fan of her show on E! - it was a guilty pleasure of mine. May she rest in peace, and bless that baby girl of hers.

Very sad and tragic. I was shocked, like most people I gather. You know she was eccentic, a little out there, but in the end.. a life lost. I wasn’t a fan, but there was something about Anna Nicole that kept you watching and perhaps wondering what’s next. I hope only the best for that cute little girl. I hope when they find out who the father truly is, he takes her and gives her the best life she deserves.

As a mother, I feel sorry for her daughter, not being able to grow up with her mommy. But she will finally be at rest and reunited with her son. It is such a tragedy.

This is so sad! Her poor daughter. I actually think that taking Trim Spa might have something to do with it. Those OTC diet drugs aren’t safe. None of them are. She was supposedly taking it again to lose her baby weight. I hope that’s what it is and not on purpose.
