John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are planning to expand their family and are trying to have a third child.

The couple, who have been married for 15 years, currently have two children together, son Jett, 14, and daughter, Ella, six.

The star confirmed rumors they were thinking of having another baby saying, “Yeah, we do want to have another kid and we’re going to work on it this summer.”

The Swordfish star claims the couple uses different techniques to try and plan the sex of their children.

He adds, “There are these other things where you have to decide if you want to have a boy or a girl. There are certain techniques you use. It worked twice. We wanted a boy the first time and we got a girl the second time. It has to do with positions and results and all sorts of intricate things.”

More troubles on the set of “Grey’s Anatomy.”

A spinoff of the popular series is in the works that will feature actress Kate Walsh’s character, Dr. Addison Montgomery, and some other cast members reportedly are feeling blindsided and short-changed.

“The rest of the cast seemed instantly resentful of [Walsh],” a source told Star. “They each thought they’d be the one chosen to get their own show, and now they’re giving Kate the cold shoulder.”

The source adds that “Grey’s” star Ellen Pompeo “seemed particularly peeved because she felt that, as the star, she should have been consulted.”

The upset comes just as the storm over a furor over cast member Isaiah Washington’s gay slurs began to subside.

Laments the source: “Things had finally settled down and now everyone’s disgruntled again.”

Despite a cover line that screams, “ANNA NICOLE: THE LAST PHOTO!”, a caption inside the latest issue of the National Enquirer notes that the images of a blue-lipped Smith in a partially zipped body bag are “photo re-creations based on eyewitness accounts.”

For the tabloid that famously bribed one of Elvis Presley’s cousins to shoot photos of his open casket, isn’t this resort to Photoshop a bit cheap? “I don’t think so, because it’s so realistic and there’s so much news in the story,” argues Enquirer editor in chief David Perel. (The article claims it was pneumonia, not a drug overdose, that killed Smith.) “If you had our images side-by-side with the actual photos, I don’t know if you’d be able to tell them apart.”

Perel was cagey about the methods used to “re-create” Smith’s rigor-mortised visage. “It’s almost the way a sketch artist works. There were so many different layers of how to achieve it, I couldn’t even begin to describe it to you.”

Jessica Simpson has no intention of getting a nose job like her sister Ashlee because the star loves her bumpy features. Jessica’s bump is smaller than the one her sibling had smoothed out by surgery – but she insists she is proud of it.

The 26-year-old says, “I don’t know if it’s my best, but my favorite feature is my nose. I have a bump on it that I love. It’s an imperfection, but that’s why I love it.”

Jim Carrey has unveiled his sensitive side – he serenades lover Jenny McCarthy with romantic ballads in his spare time. The funnyman is bragging about writing a Valentine’s Day love song for his voluptuous girlfriend.
