TMZ obtained an AOL Instant Message exchange yesterday between Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead. Anna Nicole made it clear that she’s not going to submit to a DNA paternity test without a fight.
The following is a precise transcript, complete with spelling and grammatical errors (but the user names have been changed):

The deadline for the paternity test was today. We’ve learned Smith’s lawyers were in Los Angeles County Superior Court this morning trying to block the test. The judge has not issued a definitive ruling on Smith’s motion and so far the DNA test has not happened.

The baby must be Birkhead’s. Otherwise, she would have submitted her for a paternity test.

It couldn’t be more obvious that it is his which is sad. She is probably thinking about not paying child support while he is thinking that he needs to get his flesh and blood away from this scary train wreck

I don’t think either one of them is fit to raise a child. Poor thing. Some people should *not* breed, and she is one of them.

It’s obvious this drug addict knows the baby is Larry’s. If she was sure the baby was Howards, she would not contest the DNA test.
I say, GO LARRY!! I’d want my child as far away from this trainwreck as possible. She was present when her boyfriend/lawyer GAVE her son the methadone which in turn HELPED kill him.
Drug addictin has no shame……
