   You would have to be in the midst of some sort of breakdown to find that outfit acceptable! Or maybe just so whacked out on drugs she doesn’t care!

   I’m starting to think that there’s something wrong with her second baby. Why hide him otherwise? Especially after the way she allowed and continues to allow her first to be photographed. Something isn’t right with this picture and it isn’t just her fugly boots.

   I seriously think that the best thing she could do for herself, her career (if she ever wants to have one again) and her kids would be to disappear for a while. Go live on a ranch or in the woods and just get out of the friggin spotlight for a while. She’s on the road to nowhere.

   Acctually..i think she looks better than usual here. her hair looks good, the sunglasses are acceptable..and the dress is ADORABLE! it suits her body well.. the boots are fine just not with that outfit.
