Check out MTV’s new reality show: Maui Fever.
Maui Fever (Premiere’s Wednesday, January 17 @ 10:30PM) is produced by Laguna Beach executive producers Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, and Mike Powers. Like MTV’s existing Laguna, 8th & Ocean and The Hills series that the producers also produce for the network, Maui Fever has been shot in a “reality drama” style.
According to MTV, the seven Kaanapali, Maui residents are a close knit group of friends who spend “their days sunning and their nights partying with no rules and no one to answer to.”
“Maui Fever uncovers the real-life drama of a group of friends living and loving in an island paradise,” said DiSanto. “While the guys think they have the upper hand in relationships with the locals and tourists, it’s the girls who seem to really be pulling the strings. The lush location, compelling characters and classic beach movie vibe come together to make Maui Fever a totally unique and compelling viewing experience.”
The seven cast members of Maui Fever are:
Cheyne: She’s all things you’d expect a top pro surfer to be: a party-all-night, funny, outgoing, handsome guy. As the most popular guy in Kaanapali and the son of professional skateboarder Tony Magnuson, will his relationship with girlfriend Rachael survive his attraction to his ex, Anna?
Corbin: With no goals and no girlfriend, Corbin is the kind of guy who can’t take anything or anyone too seriously. Pinned the clown of his social group, Corbin seems to be everyone’s pal in Kaanapali while perpetually cracking jokes.
Chaunte: Notorious for being the center of attention, Chaunte is sure to stir up the drama wherever she goes. She likes to keep her on-and-off boyfriend Anthony in the palm of her hand while she keeps her eyes open for other love interests.
Anna: She’s Chaunte’s partner in crime and roommate. They even work together as hostesses at a restaurant. And like Chaunte, Anna relishes the attention of boys, especially one boy in particular, ex-boyfriend Cheyne. Since Cheyne started dating Rachael, he and Anna have remained close, much to Rachael’s dismay. Cheyne and Anna’s attraction is palpable and it gets the best of them.
Anthony: Quiet and shy, Anthony is hanging on tight to his relationship with Chaunte. While Chaunte insists they remain just friends, Anthony is incapable of making a decision without her, and unable to see her flirty and manipulative ways. How long until Anthony catches on and cuts all ties?
Sean: Sean is what one would call the “Kaanapali player.” Not your normal one-night-stand player, he often dips into the constant flow of tourists to find his love du jour. Will this spontaneous waiter ever settle down?
Jesse: The new guy in town, Jesse has already moved in with best bud Corbin and become part of the in crowd. Still Jesse often feels like an outsider and finds himself breaking the number one rule in Kaanapali: don’t fall for tourists.

i want to see if it’ll be just as addicting as Laguna Beach, but just as stupid. well, it probably will be stupid, but whatever. guilty pleasures
January 12th, 2007 at 1:35 pm
STOP with the tv shows that center around rich kids, living at the beach, with nothing to do!!! Get a fucking job… or a hobby, or something!!!
January 18th, 2007 at 2:58 pm
Maui Fever is a terrible, stupid, awful show. I love reality shows but this one is horrible. When I picture Hawaii I don’t picture fair skinned, blonde kids who only want to talk about sex. Where are the exotic looking people and, hmm . . maybe a good story?? I tried to give the show a chance but I’d rather stick a fork in my eye than watch it. MTV messed up on this one . . . BIG TIME!!
January 18th, 2007 at 10:48 pm
okay, here it goes. maui fever is the most FALSE show i have ever seen that represents the maui culture. PLEASE, if you are planning on making a show reppin` one island of the hawaii chain; i suggest you put some real people in it. telling the truth, MAUI FEVER IS NOTHING BUT LIES MAKING MAUI SEEM LIKE HOOK UP PARADISE! that degrades us! YOU KNOW WHAT, that show is hated ALL OVER MAUI. i’d cancel it, before you get riots at tv spots. this isnt a threat, im serious. locals are pissed at the falseness of that show. maui fever, is FALSE & is causing rage all over the islands; REALITY MTV, i believe you guys need a reality check. WE HATE YOU! we are tired of you guys labeling us as hook up isle & paradise. geeze, get it through your head at look closely at your show. you know what all of us see, NOTHING. NOTHING BUT TOURIST; there are no locals. quite frankly, are youg guys racist? you’re causing a pissed off up roar here beause of the shows.
January 18th, 2007 at 10:50 pm
First of all… none of these haole kids are true locals.
Being born & raised in a gated community somewhere in maui does not make you a true local to Hawaii.
I’m sure all of my Maui boyz would agree… these is the same kids the real braddahs was beating up since hanabadah days.
MTV once again made another fake ass show that is already story lined to what the viewers wanna see.
How convenient is it for MTV to make a show about a bunch of dumb drunk haole guys sitting on a hotel beach, picking up on other dumb haole tourist.
I garrenty they couldnt find any beautiful local girls to be in it because none of them wanted to be seen on national tv with these idiots.
If they really wanna make a show about locals in Hawaii.
Come down to the Big Island & we’ll take those wanna be local kids in the back of Waipio Valley & see if they know how to survive.
If people are wondering why im so mad about this show…
It’s because this just another reason why we locals cant afford to live where we were born & raised. Imagine how many dumb haoles with money in the mainland are gonna see this show & decide to buy property here in our islands.
Its bad enough as it is & its not going to get any better when these types of shows portray a false image of what Hawaii is like.

im trying to be one reasonable person, but MTV WENT TOO FAR WITH THIS ONE!
January 18th, 2007 at 11:00 pm
do people realize how diverse the hawaiian islands are?
we do not have only white people here.
We have more asians(flipinos, japanese) and of course, hawaiians.
And everything about this show, from the characters to how they talk, really does make us look bad.
It stereotypes hawaii kids as the only people who party all the time and stuff, and hook up. I think it happens the same or even more in the mainland.
And no, not everyone in Hawaii is rich either.
I realize rich kids, in beautiful islands make for good television(or maybe not), but if your going to act like its really Maui, frik, make it REALLY maui.
And this show was shot in Lahaina, where there are more super local people than white people anyway.
MTV, re-evaluate this show, and if your going to continue it, put in more people that are more local.
January 19th, 2007 at 1:26 pm
This show is very degrading and disrespectful to the true locals on Maui. It’s all about stupid ass Haole’s and nothing about “Maui” I bet MTV lost respect from several hundred thousands people. Maui Fever features nothing but “local wanna be’s”
January 19th, 2007 at 3:41 pm
you know none of these kids are rich so stop bashing them as being rich kids. 2 of them work construction, 1 as a waiter, and the others as other normal jobs. If you are gonna be mad at anyone be mad at MTV for setting up a show that seems so “staged”…but don’t bash 21-23 year old kids who are getting the chance of a lifetime to be on national television, if you don’t like the show, don’t watch it, its not their fault they were picked so RELAX.
January 19th, 2007 at 7:32 pm
Wow! That last Anonymous person obviously is not a true local from the islands. There is only one true born and raised kid on that show. Everyone else just moved to Maui. Just ’cause you live in Hawaii a few years doesn’t make you Kama’aina. Look up the TRUE meaning of the word. It you want to represent the TRUE lifestyle in Maui than show it. Show the local kids who have talent, real struggles, and also know how to have a good time. We get plenty of them here. Musicians, Surfers, Resort Workers, etc. Show them what real locals do when they get together and mingle with haole friends and tourist on the island. Don’t misrepresent. Be TRUE!!!
January 19th, 2007 at 8:45 pm
After watching parts of the show, and seeing the trailer online, and reading articles on this show, in addition to the false sterotypical images that Mtv has made popular and not to mention the ugly racist and white supremacist history of Mtv, I personally was offended by the total lack of reality of NATIVE Maui life. I mean with all that the ‘Aina, the culture and people has had to go thru, from Captain Cook to being illegally stolen and added to the American states, economic explotation, ect… then as a modern insult, they have a show that leaves those that may not know the history or culture of Maui or Hawai’i in general, with an opinion of Maui as a haven for blond nordic looking people living a life of sex, none stop partying and chasing ignorant tourist. Why no refences to Kama’aina, or the beautiful colors of Kama’aina from dark brown to light brown, hummm, maybey that why, this is a media cultural BLEACHING of Maui!, never forget Mtv’s history, just look back at it’s beginings as well as Mtv international, this kind of crap must stop, call, write and e-mail Viacom, the corporate owner of Mtv, and express yourself, if they don’t listen, contact their advertizer, hit them where it hurts, in the pocket. i was embarrassed when i watched this show. Maui fever is degrading and it’s not what living on maui is like at all. I lost a lot of respect for mtv and if you really want to know what maui is like then come to baldwin and film some kids from here.
January 19th, 2007 at 10:41 pm
I was truly horrified when I sat down to watch “Maui Fever” It is obvious that these Mtv producers don’t take the time or care for that matter about the local people. When dealing with such a small island it’s important to take the time to learn about the culture. I realize that the producers are just trying to make money on similar shows like “Laguna Beach and The Hills”. Maui is so much more than white folks running around trying to hook up with tourists girls, it’s degrading to the islands and the fact that local people just aren’t like that. We were raised with more dignity than that. For myself being born and raise and of Native hawaiian blood, it’s sad that local people are really never apart of anything that is to do with Hawaii…Mtv get a clue….
January 19th, 2007 at 11:36 pm
First of all… none of these haole kids are true locals.
With the exception of the surfer dude that was born here, they’re all tourist.
MTV once again made another fake ass show that is already story lined to what the viewers wanna see.
How convenient is it for MTV to make a show about a bunch of arrogant dumb drunk haole guys sitting on a hotel beach, picking up on other ignorant dumb haole tourist girls.
If they really wanna make a show about local life in Hawaii.
Come down to the Big Island & we’ll take those wanna be local kids in the back of Waipio Valley & see if they know how to survive off the aina.
If people are wondering why im so mad about this show…
It’s because this just another reason why we locals cant afford to live where we were born & raised. Imagine how many dumb rich haoles with no aloha but have plenty money are gonna see this show & decide to buy property here in our islands.
Its bad enough as it is & its not going to get any better when these types of shows portray a false image of what Hawaii is like.
“If you not grown hea… You was flown hea”
So like Bula’ia said… “Come, come, come… But no fo’ get to go home”
I have no problem with people of any certain race… But I do have a problem when you come to my hometown & dont have ALOHA for the people who live here.
So to all of you who are not local but respect for this place called Hawai`i, I have no beef with you.
But if you wanna come here to raise my rent, dont ever let me catch you in the valley.
MTV should reevalate their decision on making another season OR even going on & showing false island life…
Eh, you stupid f*oales (f*cken haoles…white people) never forget
“you not grown hea… You was flown hea”

all of you who like, run on this forum just to post “get a fucking job instead of watching shows like maui fever” like stupid Beth… youre probably fat with no friends… telling ppl to get a job when youre sitting on the internet wasting your time just like everyone watching the show you dumb girl. you suck. i dont even like the show, you just annoy me. k thanks. Beth sucks.
January 21st, 2007 at 10:20 pm
why do you care so much, you make it sound like living in maui is like being a part of a gang, shut up youre all SO ANNOYING just dont watch it and keep your BITCHING to yourself… living in maui isnt like, omg its so hard to survive, douches
January 21st, 2007 at 10:43 pm
i dont even live in hawaii and i hate the show. it really needs to be cancled. laguna beach wasn’t half as dumb as maui fever. seriously, that chaunte girl or whatever is probably the most haggard looking bitch ive ever seen. theyre not even attractive, the laguna beach girls put these girls to shame for real. they’re all a bunch of airheads and definately do not deserve to be on television at all. i’m so disgusted with the show, mtv really screwed up this time.
January 22nd, 2007 at 4:34 am
The more I watch it, the more pissed off I get. Get this damn show off the air! I’m filipino, part chinese, and hawaiian at heart. I have much pride for my island and I’m not about to watch more haoles invading our islands like they belong here. This ain’t the mainland. Go home and stay there!
January 22nd, 2007 at 4:43 pm
you know what to that dumb ass bitches kelly and oh yah you must be fucking haoles or white people if your dumb asses dont know what that means we are hawaiian and proud to be so anything big like this that happens here in hawaii our home we will have something to say about it even if we dont watch the show you stupid retard we read about it and might watch it to see how they are making us look this affects us hawaiians not your dumb white ass when you think of hawaii you think about the locals when people watch this and see all this dumb shit theyll be like oh your from hawaii ho you must party alot or hook up alot or stupid shit like that because of what they saw so you two need to shut up this is why white people always end up getting beat up in hawaii because they thing there better then every one else they are cocky greedy and they dont care who they screw over ok next time you go somewhere in hawaii like a busy area go walking like on a busy side walk and keep track of who moves on the side to share the side walk and who takes up the entire side walk even if there is only two of them and four of you the white people its like they think you should walk around them or move on the side for them das why most haoles are hated here and it is hard living here stupid bitches its hard when all these white people come and take all the good jobs and build all this shit and drive up living expenses this affects us, all the time you see a movie in hawaii no matter what kind of show, movie what ever its always white people no hawaiians no locals even in black movies its a story about a black guy or living in africa what ever it is but the main characters always white fricken chinese movies about kung foo and shit main characters white they dont have a culture so they like to fucking take other people culture this show is fucking stupid our culture is beautiful and our islands for once why dont they use local people and not try to put white people in everything look at surfing its part of our culture but now when people think about it they think of white people with blond hair because they only cover cultural things if a whitey can do it and eventually when you think about it you picture some one white its just fucked up i think hawaiians should all protest together not to kick out haoles living here already but to stop more from moving in because pretty soon the hawaiian culture will be gone look at kamehameha schools they had to change some stuff becaus one dumb white boy like go to that school its suppose to be for hawaiians we let one haole in we gotto let um all in and then pretty soon the people running the school will be white and the wount even allow them to teach the hawaiian culture anyway thats all i got to say about that this just pisses me off we hawaiians are the best why we gotto be substituted by white people all the time
January 22nd, 2007 at 6:04 pm
If you were not born & raised here… you have no idea how we as local people of Hawaii are effected by things like this show.
When our state was dependant on sugar cane, life was much more peaceful.
Money was hard to come by, but everyone showed much more love & understanding for one another.
But with the rise of the tourism industry, life here has become much harder for much of our local population. In much of our state, if you dont work at the hotel, you dont have a job. so many of us are forced into jobs where we have to “kiss ass” to these snobby tourist.
This is why the is so much anamosity “haoles” aka foreigners.
So if you dont know about our culture, our people & what we have to go through on a daily basis, please dont stick your noses into our business.
People try to justify that shows like this bring money into our economy…
But what good is that, if that money is at the price of our culture & who we are?
I know many of you think we here in Hawaii are lazy people that argue about anything thats not from here…
But thats only because you haven’t taken the time to truely look at who we are as a people.
& this is not coming from an “ice head” like Dog the Bounty Hunter portrays…
This is coming from an educated local boy that has a college degree.
so think about that.
Come with ALOHA or dont come at all!!!
January 23rd, 2007 at 5:53 pm
ok these kids are so dumb. hawaii isnt all about partying and shit. yeah some kids do slam tourist chicks but who cares dont make a show about it. your making hawaii have a bad reputation. people will stop coming here and bringing family here because they are gunna think “oh snap im gunna get boned if i go there” and hawaii is based on tourism. and with that shit goin down on tv, it only makes hawaii’s future a disaster. so keep your crap in california and get off our islands you haoles. BEAT IT
January 25th, 2007 at 11:14 am
look people, chaunte has a hot ass.. no one gives a fuck and it’s not political.
as for keeping you culture… i’m all for it, that makes the island beautiful, but seriously… there’s no such thing as foreign anymore.
January 25th, 2007 at 11:56 am
Seriously though I live in the states and this show is complete garbage like all these dudes are UGLY at least 8th and ocean, Laguna beach, and The Hills had some hot guys but come on now and the dude Corbin like can he just like die because he said some shit about not getting laid in 6 days therefore he is becoming a virgin. What?? Where are the parents at this show does not keep you watching Chaunte is ugly she needs fucking braces in her teeth for God’s sake how is she the hottest girl?
Mtv if your going to make a show about Maui why would u get all these air headed white people that dont even speak english right all mumbling and shit with no dignity looking for a new sex partner every day. Yay thats great for young ppl to watch you should probably hav a new sex partner every day guys cuz its no big deal Mtv said so.
This show has no substance its about ugly kids looking for new sex parnters and making drama trying to be cool on national televison I swear this show needs to have the plug pulled asap cuz its just garbage
January 25th, 2007 at 6:51 pm
I’m a filipina chick who lived most of her life in SC but even I know a thing or two about real hawaii and that show doesn’t portray a damn thing. Not only does it degrade countless of real hawaiian locals its also very boring. It’s very stupid. And very fake. MTV’s excuse for picking an all white cast was that they were the only ones that were willing to have their “personal” lives taped. I have been to a real open casting call and believe me it’s not all about blonde hair and blue eyes. BUt don’t worry this show probably won’t even last an entire season and if it does it’s surely not coming back.
January 25th, 2007 at 11:46 pm
i guess the main issue here would be the cast and how generic they are in terms of what they do!! I am greatly appauled of the lack of locals and hawaiian culture shown in the show!! And yes it is true the show is trully Caucasian-American based wich really angers me!! You would think MTV would be more diverse with the their casting other than putting white people who have no idea of what hawaii and hawaiian culture is really about!! That shit works in cali but not in Hawaii!! Locals are very passionate about their island and we should all respect that!! To MtV you guys really fucked up! haha!
January 26th, 2007 at 5:59 am
ok, like seriously, the main point about Maui fever is all about “casual” sex, drugs, and partying. WOW! how interesting (sarcasticly) this show sucks and the cast members are just “typical” bitches who just TRY to hard on camera. And lastly, NOTHING ON THIS SHOW SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT HAWAII! CANCEL THE SHOWWW!
January 26th, 2007 at 8:38 am
I was born and raised in Hawaii and most of these people are just jealous that these people are having more fun then they did when they were kids. Yes, Hawaii is a diverse place with many and I mean many different cultures. Of course you are going more haoles (Caucasians, I hate that term is derogatory) around tourist because, they can speak. If you have ever talked to a “local” they speak pigeon (lazy english) and people paying $400 a night or more, want to understand what people are saying.
I am just tired of the complaining it’s a show on MTV after all; it’s not the Discovery channel. They are having fun leave them alone.
January 26th, 2007 at 3:31 pm
I understand what you “Hawaiians” are saying about people coming in and buying property and such. Yea that sucks. But after reading all these messages posted, it seems like you “Hawaiians” are just a bunch of racist jerks.
January 26th, 2007 at 3:33 pm
I understand what you “Hawaiians” are saying about people comming in and buying property and such. Yea that sucks. But after reading all these messages posted, it seems like you “Hawaiians” are just a bunch of racist jerks towards white people.
January 26th, 2007 at 4:50 pm
all the like crazy hawianns on here need to chill out. no ones judging u guys. the shows just makes for good tv. idk if u all r seriously jealous or wat but i think u should leave the kids alone. there doing wat they want and if it makes them happy. then good. be happy for them. dont take it so seriously
January 28th, 2007 at 4:25 am
i’m hate haoles maybe i met 1-2 that was kinda o.k. but i no trust those fuckas..they all back stabbing muther fuckers….so i guess i’m a fucken racist (towards haoles) i thought the tsunami was going wash um all away…maybe next time.
January 28th, 2007 at 4:26 am

January 28th, 2007 at 2:02 pm
Aloha! I am a haole (foreigner) who came to Maui to respect the kahiko (ancient) hawai’an culture and way of life. Living here gives me even more respect and I am saddened when anything misrepresents or dilutes the true aloha spirit and way of life. I happened to see the Maui Fever as I occasionally check MTV to see what’s new. All I can say is that it’s the worst produced ’show’ I’ve every seen on MTV and I won’t watch another epidode just based on it’s poor quality alone. To the actors and producers. . .Please take your sorry okole (asses) home before your careers are tarnished forever. Madame Pele has her ways of providing lessons for those who are disrespectful. Please return with aloha after you have gone through ho’oponopono (ceremony to ask for forgiveness and return balance to heart and spirit) and perhaps you will be blessed with knowing the true mana’o (strength and power) of the sacred place. Mahalo!
January 28th, 2007 at 9:08 pm
yeah cory’s comments are just one example of dumbass haole thinking. of course it doesn’t bodda you, you don’t know what it’s like, or did you forget Hawaiian history? It’s like American Indians and Mexicans, the land belonged to them before the haoles took over everything. Think about it and read ‘One real Hawaiian’s’ comments again. READ it over and over….Maui shouldn’t be exploited like that, ever. You think it’s racism, open your eyes and of course realize that minorities don’t like haoles! Just accept it and tough kukae! You come to the island, respect the aina, learn hawaiian, and stop building properties….Cause they screw up everything! They do talk too loud, act too loud, everything is too loud…no one looking, you not on stage, sit your ass down and just accept how it is-Real life….if you can handle it, good. If you can’t don’t talk (no act)Try making friends with some locals. Good luck, cause that’s one thing you can’t buy. Try the mainland and that’s why it’s called that. Eh I can speak both pidgin and proper english….cause that’s the way the haoles made it. See now we gotta implement Hawaiian language immersion schools so we don’t lose our roots, hardly anyone can speak fluent Hawaiians….just keeping it real and that’s the way it’s gonna be for you haole. Know that, realize that and accept it that YOU’RE the minority onthe islands, NOT the majority….
give back the lands to the mexicans and indians
January 30th, 2007 at 12:59 am
Maui fever is not only a disgrace to Maui, but the state of Hawaii as a whole. The show personifies the local people of Hawaii as shallow drama queens and perverts. This show does not in any way portray life in Hawaii. I also want to pose a question, not wanting to sound racist, but when there is a movie or show that suppose to portray life in Hawaii why is there no local people? And when there are those rare occasions a local person does make an appearance why are the local people the ones portrayed as arrogant, ignorant, and stuck up? Why are the main characters or the protaganist of the storyline usually a caucasion male or female when the majority of Hawaii’s population is part asain, filipino, or some type of polynesian. Yet in the streamline of todays media when Hawaii is portrayed it basically seems like the characters are and should be based in California, and not in Hawaii. In these “reality” shows or even movies based in Hawaii or about the culture in Hawaii why can’t there be local actors who actually know and understand the life that we the people of Hawaii live and understand. This show is absurd, disturbing, infuriating, and most of all shameful towards the people and the culture of Hawaii. The culture that that we try so hard to honor, preserve, and take pride in. Mahalo nui loa for your time Aloha.
January 31st, 2007 at 7:42 pm
Who cares if this show is like “real life” in Hawaii. These people are really living so this is how their real life is. Damn. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it. I wouldn’t have associated these people with “real natives” anyway. I think everyone is just jealous that they didn’t get to show off their oh-so-interesting “real” maui lives on television. Maybe the Maui kids on this show don’t give a damn about the whole Laguna Beach show. Maybe they just feel like having fun and being whores without having to worry about living up to Laguna Beach’s standards or the standards of the “real maui people.” Maybe they just don’t give a damn how everyone wants them to act on the show. I know I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t change how I am so that “real maui natives” and Laguna Beach lovers can decide that they would T.V. befriend me. I also wouldn’t be dumb enough to watch the show if I didn’t like it…
February 2nd, 2007 at 9:37 am
There they go again, see haoles don’t see the big picture and that’s all they can argue on, is not to watch the show…..wake up haoles and realize that YOU are a minority in the islands….can you accept that see that we locals can’t accept this stupid tv(fake) show?
Realize that and realize life, give back the islands to the natives!!!
February 2nd, 2007 at 1:39 pm
fuck all u ppl sayin “yeah wer hawaiin wer so cool” ur racist against white people and stereotypical as shit. yeah us white ppl are gunna move in and take over, u fucking poor ass hawaiins need to find a new island to live on. the weather is nice as shit ur right and dont complain about higher costs of living its ur fault ur poor and cnt afford it. yeah the show is dumb ass hell and chauntee is ugly as shit but that duznt mean u can go hatin white people its not like they made themselves the stars of the show. FUCK U NIGGER ASS HAWAIINS I HOPE ALL YOU FAGS BURN IN HELL!!!!
February 2nd, 2007 at 1:42 pm
FUCK U NIGGER HAWIIANS LOOK AT U ITS UR FAULT UR BROKE ASSES ARE BEING BOUGHT OFF UR LAND! YEAH US WHITE PEOPLE OWN THE WORLD AND IF U DONT LIKE IT HOW ABOUT U BUILD A FUCKING ROCKET AND FLY UR ALOHA ASSES ONTO MARS!!
February 20th, 2007 at 9:45 pm
WTF!!! Somebody get rid of this POS show! This has absolutely nothing to do with Maui and it’s “true” local people. Look at the casts. All u see are a bunch of stupid haoles doing what they do best….act stupid! And to the poster above me…try say that to the face of a Hawaiian braddah and see how much beating u get u fucktard! Haoles…go back where u came from!!! We don’t want u on our islands!
February 22nd, 2007 at 8:10 pm
Yes I agree that Maui fever is a stupid show, but it’s called Maui fever not Maui documentary and people know that, but seriously Hawaiians can get over it no one picked Hawaiians because they’re stupid. Honestly I lived in Maui for six months and had to leave because i was afraid the stupidity would rub off. Seriously Hawaii has the worst school system and even teach a worthless language with only twelve letter, what kind of idiotic race can only come up with twelve letters. Hawaii is not its own country the sooner the ignorant asses who live there realize that the better off they’ll be. If you want to have your so called land back go to college and make enough money to buy it because no one is going to hand it to you. If Hawaii was run by Hawaiians all you would have eat is pineapple and sugar cane then your teeth would rot out and you would be even uglier. Hawaiians talk about MTV being racist but Hawaiians are the most ignorant race I’ve ever met and really I doubt there are any full blooded Hawaiians left most are an Asian, Polynesian, Mexican blend and if you do come from pure Hawaiian blood I wouldn’t admit that because it probably means your the result of a long line of incest which kind of explains the whole stupidity thing. Oh and that word up there might be kinda big for you Hawaiians to understand so let me break it down for you incest means your family had sex with all the rest of your family. So Hawaiians you will start calling yourself Americans if you want to get any were in life because no one is giving your land back and I would love to see what would happen if you tried to fight The USA for it.

man all the hawaiins need to shut the fuck up about this shit and stop getting all ass hurt over a stupid mtv show. The show is about the drama not about the location, shit. Laguna Beach was the same way- people are interested in the drama, not the scenery. And by the way, nobody gives a fuck who is a local and whos a haole or whatever the fuck it is. WHO FUCKING CARES. Quit bitching, it’s just a show- it’s not some serious documentary about Maui that’s attempting to portray locals as being caucasian and hardcore partiers. And all of you are just a racist as everybody else, if not more so. Look at you fucking bagging on white people. THAT’S RACISM.
