Dirt ratings dropped 35%. SHOCK.
FX’s tabloid drama “Dirt” saw its ratings fall 35 percent to 2.4 million viewers in the show’s second week, compared with 3.7 million at its debut.
Though the results were disappointing, perhaps future guest star Jennifer Aniston, who is best friends with “Dirt” star Courteney Cox, will help boost the show’s interest. It hasn’t yet been determined when or in what capacity Aniston will appear.
One other reason to tune OUT now: Web gossip writer Perez Hilton, who will play himself, will appear in episode 12.

I missed the first episode and went to bed half way through the second one. I don’t know. I just wasn’t enjoying it.

I really was excited about this show, but even during the first episode I kept looking at the clock, wondering when, if ever, it was going to be over. I recorded the second one, but haven’t even bothered to watch it yet. This had so much promise, but really…it sucks. Maybe if they get a little character development…I really don’t feel any connection to any of the characters at all.

Cox needs to be nastier: think Amanda Woodward on Melrose place. She should be totally ruthless… maybe she needs to channel Gail Weathers from the Scream movies.

Cox sold out. Too bad because i really liked her. Now she is just another Mean Ruthless Whore who sleeps with Men AND Women. (Yawn)

this show is a joke. I don’t need to see it to tell you what the shows will be. Drama, Drama, sex, sex, backstabbing….snooze’.so original, sex, drugs and scandal in hollywood. Gee, who wouldv’e thought!!
Niptuck, I mean, Dirt is the same old predictable crap with Courtney…ohh I am sorry….CourtEney. (she spells her name with an extra “E”. This makes her more special than the other Courtneys)
let me tell you what the future episodes will be(hopefully there are oly a few more before it gets cancelled). They take scnadalous pictures, and screw alot.
i can’t wait for this to fail!!

Yeah, this show really stinks. It is a waste of prime-time. Hope they yank it real soon. Soon is not soon enough for me.

Bad acting. Bad writing. Disgusting stories. Gore, guts, sex, but while that often makes many shows rock, it redefines this one to boring. Keep “The Shield” going for a few more seasons. Ditch Dirt. Get out the Dirt Devil and suck her up!

Courtney gives new meaning to the “C” word, but her acting hits a new all time low.
