‘Rabbit Hole’ role for Kidman

Nicole Kidman will star in and produce the bigscreen adaptation of David Lindsay-Abaire’s Broadway play “Rabbit Hole” for Fox Searchlight.
Story concerns a happily married couple whose lives are disrupted after an unexpected tragedy and the intensely emotional, redemptive journey they must undertake to regain happiness.
Kidman recently wrapped New Line’s “The Golden Compass,” the first film in Philip Pullman’s “His Dark Materials” trilogy. She will next be seen in Noah Baumbach’s upcoming pic for Paramount Vantage and in Warner Bros.’ “The Invasion” opposite Daniel Craig.
I gotta give her kudos…she really is an amazing actress. But why are her movies always so bloody depressing!?
