Paula Abdul: “I’ve never been drunk in my life”
A year later, Paula Abdul comments about her bizarre behavior during pretty much the entire season (examples: one, two, three, four).
She tells Entertainment Weekly that she was not, in fact, intoxicated. Instead, it was simple misunderstanding. “Last year, when no one understood what I was saying, and even though I’ve never been drunk in my life, I’m accused of filling my Coca-Cola cup with alcohol. Yeah, that was really fun for me,” she said.
Of course, most of those accusations came live from host Ryan Seacrest. On a semi-related note, Simon Cowell says Paula is “the only one who’s emotionally involved,” and he says, “What I love about Paula is she’s a genuine fan.” Who loves to tailgate before the game.
Never – in her whole life? Ha! That’s a bit much. Maybe not drunk – maybe HIGH.

I have found that through the years people make remarks to put people down, because they are jealous of that person. Paula is a very pretty lady and I enjoy watching her and Simon. They make the show. Simon is really great, I love to hear what they all will say next. I say go Paula!!! My father always says, “Don’t believe anything you hear and only half of what you see” on gossip.

I saw her interviewed on one of the morning shows and she appeared visibly intoxicated. She could not stand up and was swaying, in addition to slurring her words. I have one word to say about her comment on never being drunk. BULL!!

Leave Paula alone…enough already.
Whatever the situation, Paula needs a private, quiet or not weekend/week with someone she enjoys and who has her back, settle into her new age, invest in a nicer semi/Diva wardrobe(An ugly chick would). Paula is still beautiful, better looking than many females in their late twenties and thirties. Beautiful people don’t have to be punching bags. Enjoy life. Tune out the spectators. It’s not easy, it’s necessary. Good Luck and Call Jesus!I wish Paula well in her life transitions, we all have them, why???…BECAUSE WE’RE HUMAN.
