So – is this Nick’s new woman? Buxom brunette and possible Jessica Simpson replacement Elizabeth Ann Arnold is finally speaking out on her reported relationship with heartthrob Nick Lachey calling him a ‘great guy.’If you can count one sentence as ’speaking out.’The former Miss Kentucky reportedly was caught “making out” with Nick at Los Angeles club LAX earlier this month, and now friends insist they’re an item.One pal told In Touch magazine, “They’ve been together for about a month.”

“He’s a really great guy,” the 26-year old, hazel-eyed, brunette beauty queen told Star when we caught up with her at a West Hollywood-area car wash.Arnold, a 5′8″ stunner in a dark-blue halter top and jeans, then sped off in her silver BMW.

I find it incredibly hard to hate them these days. Damn them!

Did Richie Sambora not know he was getting divorced?

It seemed to be news to him! Apparently, he learned of his divorce when all of us did. ABC News quickly got a statement from Richie. He seemed quite bewildered by all of it and said: “It’s completely untrue.”

He even added that he had Valentine’s Day plans with his wife. But indeed it’s true and the wheels are in motion. Now that SUCKS.

THE SPLITS CONTINUE!? (Don’t these things usually happen in 3’s?)

This week saw several celebrity splits and now we’re ending the week with one of the biggest splits of the year! Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow have cancelled their engagement.They issued a joint statement: “After much thought and consideration we have made a very tough decision to split up. We both have a deep love and respect for each other and we ask that everyone respect our privacy during this very difficult time.”
