Hilary Swank was injured Thursday on the set of her new film, P.S. I Love You in New York.

During a scene with costar Gerard Butler, in which the actor performs a striptease for Swank, Butler’s suspenders became snagged and hit the actress on her forehead. Swank received medical treatment, which included sutures for the cut, and filming was halted.

Per the source, Swank is recovering and in good spirits, and production will resume on Monday.

Okay, I’m sorry – but this just sounds funny.  I hope they release that clip on You Tube someday.
