   This is so ridiculous. She did not have a nose job, as this picture taken in 2008 can attest to:

   The bride of her nose is still wide, and I doubt her makeup artist was able to go to Kuwait with her. Look at this one as well:

   Her nose projects outward in a way that is not consistent with getting plastic surgery. Or look at this one:

   Many of those photos of her with a “small nose” is really just her makeup artist doing a good job– most women know if you can expertly apply makeup to certain facial features, you can create the illusion of change. She’s gorgeous and people are jealous.

   Quite frankly, it’s pretty obvious she’s had a nose job. I don’t think it’s all due to make up and lightning, because she had make up on on both pictures…The nose just makes a big statement in the ‘before’ pictures! It just catches your attention, whether the ‘after’ pictures, you hardly notice it is there!
