What the bloody hell is Lindsay doing?  Too funny.

Between cigarette puffs, a lonely Lindsay Lohan started to break it down at The Lot, performing a weird combination of choreographed high-kicks, karate and stretches.  You gotta watch it, it’s pretty freakin funny.
